Do I need to disclose that I used AI?

Is my Resume Readiness Score an ATS score?

No. An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software used by employers to filter applications. Each ATS platform — Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and others — uses its own proprietary ranking logic that isn't publicly available.

Your Resume Readiness Score is generated by AI analyzing how well your resume aligns with the job description across four dimensions: keyword match, formatting, structure, and measurable impact. These are also the factors that most ATS systems weigh heavily when parsing and ranking resumes. A resume that scores well across these dimensions is generally considered ATS-friendly — one that parsing software can read accurately and rank favorably — because the underlying criteria overlap significantly.

Think of it as an informed second opinion on your resume's fit for a specific role — useful for spotting gaps and guiding edits, and a reasonable signal of ATS compatibility, even if it can't guarantee any particular outcome.
